POLICIES

•      A maximum of three (3) make-up lessons per student per school year are allowed for illness. 1 of the 3 make-up lessons can be used for vacation. During the months of July and August, no make-up lessons are offered.
•      Post-dated checks for the school year are required to secure a lesson day and time.
•      Two weeks notice is required when terminating lessons.
•      A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given in order to provide a make-up lesson for illness.

     PAYMENT FOR LESSONS
Please provide 10 post-dated cheques to “Alliance for Music Learning Inc.” for each month of the school year.
Cheques are to be post-dated for the 1st of every month. Payments are equalized for the school year.
